DID YOU KNOW THAT 60 MILLION GIRLS ARE NOT IN SCHOOL?
I’m DOING IT IN A DRESS TO CHANGE IT.

Hi. I’m Cheryl.
I went to school. I had great teachers who inspired my such that today I enjoy pursuing a wide range of interests; some that help me be financially independent, others that help me feel confident and capable... it's time to pay it forward to girls like Kadiatu.
Do you have a dollar (or two) for me?
I plan to wear a school dress when I'm out networking with entrepreunerial types at Social Media Melbourne and Hub Melbourne.
Being photographed to help promote the campaign in a print publication!
I also plan to wear this school dress when I'm photographing stylish workers on their way to work for my business fashion blog BusinessChic.com.au or fashionistas for (small)lust!
And finally but not least, I'll be wearing a school dress when I'm photographing models on the runway of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week! That's right - I went to a fashion event IN MY SCHOOL DRESS EEEEEKKK!! Thanks to Max and Michelle from Just Two Kids for snapping me after the show with uberfashion blogger, Fashion Hayley!

+ Donating blood at the Red Cross Blood Service!

Moving house in a dress!

OH MY LORDS - I make it onto a show I have loved forever ABC Art Nation IN A DRESS - blink or you'll miss me at 0:45 !! CLIP is at the bottom of this post!
Please help support me by donating a dollar (or two) to help me reach my target of $250USD to help send a girl (or two!) to school for A WHOLE YEAR! Our AUD is still strong so your dollar will go far - please help and donate!

Do It In A Dress is an initiative of One Girl, a non-profit organisation that empowers women and girls to create change in their communities. Our goal is to raise $40,000 so we can provide education scholarships for 100 girls in Sierra Leone. Do It In A Dress will also provide startup funding for LaunchPad, a social enterprise that will provide low cost, eco-friendly sanitary pads to women and girls living in rural areas. You can read more about our work here.
It only costs $250 (USD) for a year of education for one girl. If you want to support girls in Sierra Leone, you can..
